Anchor Clean Team is looking for dependable and motivated Cleaning Team Leads to oversee cleaning crews and help ensure our customers receive consistent, high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support cleaners during assigned shifts
  • Ensure cleaning tasks are completed correctly and on time
  • Inspect completed work for quality
  • Train and coach new team members
  • Communicate supply, staffing, or customer concerns to management
  • Help maintain a safe, professional work environment
  • Perform cleaning duties alongside the team when needed
  • Follow company procedures and customer-specific cleaning requirements

What We're Looking For

  • Dependable, responsible, and organized
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Commercial cleaning or supervisory experience is preferred
  • Valid driver's license required
